Great customer service. We had a really expensive ($250) toaster oven that was purchased from this store. It broke, and I have no idea where the receipt is or exactly when it was purchased. I called the manufacturer, and they offered to repair it for over $100. I then called Bed Bath and Beyond, and they said, "Just bring it in, and we'll exchange it for a new one." I walked in, and that's exactly what happened. Thanks!

Great selection and a lot of interesting things. Not sure if prices are special - be sure to get a discount coupon and don't worry if it is expired - they will still take it. Convenient parking. Their kitchen stuff is especially good.
