i had a question that should have taken 10 seconds to answer. after waiting on hold on the phone for 20 minutes I drove 2 towns over to the best buy and got my question answered. I was STILL on hold on the phone. I made a point to blast their god awful hold music all throughout the store. start to finish it took me about a hour to answer a question that should have taken less than a minute. Best Buy clearly does not place any value on their customers time.

It's a good place to work also- current management is excellent and we have a pretty good team atmosphere where everyone gets along a vast majority of the time.
Ill be going to amazon and newegg in the future

I am an elite plus member and an employee tried to give me false information about returns. I had to reach out to corporate to resolve the issue. I honestly will never buy from this store ever again. Drive to the West Hartford store instead. Rude and unethical employees.

As far as Best Buys go this is a good one. I was a BB customer my whole life before I worked for them, and the West Simsbury location is honestly one of the best stores I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Best Buys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store itself is clean and well organized, and there is a pretty good selection of products in stock considering the store's small size.
I made An appointment to have a samsung note pro looked at because wifi didnt work. They took all my information on the device over the phione and only after I got there they told Me that they dont work on samsung products and had no clue as where to send it to be repaired, BUT did try to sell Me another 800 dollar tablet.. Switch and Bait???
