Very professional setup, but now my water heater sprung a leak under warranty and they will not call me back. I have been without hot water for 2 days now waiting for them to call. I called them 4 times a day. I finally gave up and called the water tank manufacturer and they said I can have it replaced by another licensed plumber. So I called my friend up the street and he was over here in less than an hour. Very disappointed in "Reliable Plumbing." I know he probably didn't want to travel several towns over to do a water heater replacement and I understand that, but he didn't have the decency to just give me a call, and not leave me hanging. I think they should change their name to "UnReliable plumbing."
