Moe's was a great experience for me. I went in a couple weeks ago having issues with my front tires. They were more than helpful in explaining to me the process of what they were doing. Showed me the corrosion and even let me take a sample home with what they scraped off. Upon request I asked if I could see the product they were using on my tires. I googled the products name to see the ratings and reviews it got. 5 stars! I was very happy that they were not afraid or refused to explain to me the procedures of what they were doing. Being a girl without the greatest knowledge of cars and having gotten ripped off before dealing with my car... you can never be too careful!! Question everything! The people who were there were very nice, and informative. I will definitely be doing more business there and recommending them to others. Thanks Moe's! :) :) :)
Very helpful in changing my flat tire.
Went there today for an oil change. Four months ago, he charged me $29. This time, he tried to charge me $88. We settled on $45.56. I do NOT appreciate his bait & switch tactics. SMH
Charged nearly $2K parts and labor (up front) to replace a fuel injector, plugs and cables to an unwary out-of-state customer. After two days I was told the work was done. I arrived to find the car idling so badly it would nearly stall and the "check engine" light on (no lights were on when the car was dropped off). Beware.
