It's the best auto repair shop with the most honest people
I was very impressed with the expert service and high level of professionalism I received during my first visit to the shop. I've been looking for a reliable and trustworthy local automotive repair shop as an alternative to the long waiting times and high prices at the area dealerships. I was seen promptly when I arrived for my appointment for a transmission and rear differential fluid change, and tire rotation for my Honda CRV; and on my way home in about 35 minutes. I was so satisfied with the experience I brought my son's Toyota Camry back the following week for new tires, front end alignment and an issue with the check engine light. The owner Tom also provided me a 10% discount for being a first time customer and a 10% discount for my son's military service. On my two visits I received prompt, professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend this business!
I do minor maintenance myself but when I get stuck I bring my car to Tom at Village Auto. He and his staff have helped me in a superb timely manner, gotten me on the road, and have always done right by me. One of our cars is not very fun to work on due to rust and I think they don't charge me for the actual work they do, they just charged me the book rate. They're also my go-to garage for having tires mounted/balanced.
these guys are great. They do good work at a fair price. This is my new shop to do all my work.
Super nice folks. I brought in my car for a standard oil change and they gave it a full check-up, just in case. Unlike the Midas and Valvoline's I've frequented in the past, they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They just pointed out the couple things that were wrong, gave me a quote, and said it was up to me if I wanted it fixed or preferred to get a quote elsewhere. I'll be returning here to get my snow tires put on and emission testing.
