We were looking for space and a quiet retreat in our budget. Something that was in good condition, but a good deal that might need a little work. We also really wanted a master bath and two car garage. We were looking for about 2000 sqft but found something with a little less. We wanted a nice yard, two stories, large unfinished basement and central air and Dave found it for us. The biggest thing we wanted but couldn't really articulate at the time was a newer home with conventional trim, doors, windows and decent size closets. Dave worked with my schedule to get as many houses seen as possible. His knowledge of the exiting market and available homes was invaluable. David worked hard for us and had our interest as first priority. His knowledge of homes and home assessment is excellent and he is someone you can put your trust in. It's money very well spent.
