It is unfortunate that this repeat client did not think that we provided excellent service to him with this transaction. It is not the agent nor brokerage firm's responsibility to remove unwanted personal property from a home prior to or after a closing nor is it the agent's responsibility to pay for it's removal. Since the client had already relocated to another state, we did arrange for a contractor to remove several truck loads of items from the home in his absence. In this very challenging market we obtained a full price offer within 13 days with very few contingencies, unfortunately this was not his focus when writing a review.
