We greatly appreciated Julio's patience through multiple test drives and his pressure free sales style. It felt like we were working with a longtime friend. About as easygoing as a car buying experience can be. We would certainly recommend Hoffman to friends and family.
When called for he presents viable options and helps you decide the best course to follow and most importantly he never makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. On the contrary, he makes you feel like a valuable customer who should expect nothing less.
I'm always skeptical about glowing reviews - especially those with five stars, but in this rare instance the rating is definitely warranted. I've been using the service department at Hoffman Toyota for thirty years and have personally seen many if not all of the personnel in that department come and go over those three decades. During this time I've never been so motivated as I am today to comment on one individual, in particular, from that team.
Mike Fitzgerald, the assistant service manager is a difference maker for me and my family. He's trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair. He tells you like it is with your vehicle and there are never any "surprises" such as I've experienced with other service departments before I started going to Hoffman.
Great overall experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daniel Carboni was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had for him with ease and made my car search simple and stress-free. I was treated as a valued and appreciated customer even without making a purchase. I will definitely be coming back soon to continue my car search. I will also be passing on this amazing experience with me peers!

I hate car shopping! It's a huge expense that loses value every day. However, Hoffman Toyota priced the vehicles fairly, and Woody and Jamal made it tolerable, and at times, fun. Woody was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as we changed vehicles 4-5 times. Never did I feel pressured and he fought to get us the best value of our trade-in. Jamal is a miracle worker! He was able to get us financing at a good rate despite our less than perfect credit. Both guys even managed to make friends with my ultra shy 6 year old. This was by far the best experience I've ever had.
Please don't be like me (most often) and disregard the highest or lowest ratings of a product or service because in this particular instance five stars is barely enough.
