Very polite servicemen. My car was taken in quickly for 2 recalls and completed within a couple hours. Courtesy call to remind of appointment and to let me know when the work was complete. Glad to be driving safe again!

Very good and honest place to deal with
At first i thought the staff were nice people, but it turns out they are just lazy. They cut me a key that was rushed and never worked in the locks or ignition of my vehicle. When i called to let them know, they gave a lousy excuse that was laughed at by 8 other dodge employees at the Bristol dealership (great service btw). They told us to call a locksmith rather than cut us a new key. The locksmith cost me $140!! when he asked why i needed him he laughed at the advice that the dealership gave us over the phone. I was fuming all day and decided to head over to the dealership and give them a piece of my mind, but the website wasnt updated and they said it was open till 7 but it was closed whn i arrived at 6:15. I wouldn't ever recommend this place, unless you want lazy careless service that ultimatley helps you waste money! If you can, make the trip to the Bristol dealership where they actually care
